How to use the site and the terms of service.
- 1Create an account
Sign in with Google or email: a 6-digit code is sent to your inbox. If you have no account, it is created on your first sign-in.
- 2Top up your balance
On the Balance page choose Click, Payme, Paynet, Xazna, Humo, Uzcard or USDT (TON). The amount is entered in som and orders are paid from your balance.
- 3Choose a game
On the Games page use search or pick from the list. The Packages button shows the game’s packages and prices.
- 4Enter the ID correctly
Enter the exact Player ID (and server or zone if required). Orders sent to a wrong ID are not refunded, so use the Check button where available. For Telegram Stars and Premium the username is checked.
- 5Place an order
Pick a package and press Buy. The amount is deducted from your balance. You have 15 minutes to pay for an order.
- 6Track your orders
My Orders shows each order’s status: paid, sending, delivered or refunded. A reason is shown for refunded orders.
- 7Language and currency
Use the buttons at the top to choose language and currency. Currency only changes how prices are shown; payment and balance are always in som.
- 8API
On the API page (Settings) get a key and place orders from your own bot or site. Docs: /api.
- 9Support
If something goes wrong, message @roxiyuz on Telegram with your order number.
- 1Correct data is your responsibility
You are responsible for the correct Player ID, server, region or username. An order delivered with wrong details is not refunded.
- 2Delivered orders are final
Once the product reaches the game account, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- 3Prices may change
Prices depend on partner rates and the exchange rate. The price shown when you order applies.
- 4Balance
Balance is for buying services only. Topped-up funds are not automatically returned to your card.
- 5Payment window
You have 15 minutes to pay a created order; after that it is cancelled.
- 6Delivery time
Usually 1–2 minutes, but not guaranteed: it depends on the game and the partner. A temporary delay is not a reason to refund a delivered order.
- 7Refund policy
If an order cannot be delivered, the amount paid is automatically returned to your balance. For a refund by another method, contact support.
- 8Fraud and misuse
Fraud, fake payments, exploiting platform vulnerabilities or misusing the API may lead to account suspension.
- 9Service availability
The service depends on partners. Some games or packages may be temporarily unavailable.
- 10Acceptance of terms
