Donat24 is a platform that delivers in-game currency, Telegram Stars, Telegram Premium and other digital products.

How do I become a reseller?
Sign up, top up your balance and place orders on the site. To work via API, get a key in “Settings and API key”.
How can I top up my balance?
On the “Top up balance” page: Uzcard, Humo, Payme, Click, Paynet or USDT (TON).
How long does an order take?
After payment the order is sent immediately and is usually delivered in 1–2 minutes. The exact time is not guaranteed; it depends on the game and the partner.
What if there is a problem with my order?
Check the status on the “My orders” page. If it is not resolved, message @roxiyuz on Telegram with your order number.
How does the API work?
Requests are sent with the X-API-Key header. If you pass client_ref, a repeated request will not create a second order. The result is reported via webhook. Docs: /api.
What is the refund policy?
If an order cannot be delivered, the amount paid is automatically returned to your balance. A delivered order is not refunded by the system. Details are in the terms of use.
How do I contact support?

Which currencies are supported?
Prices are stored in som. On the site you can view prices in som, USDT or rubles, but payment and balance are always kept in som.
Is there a webhook for order status?
Yes. If you pass webhook_url when ordering via the API, you are notified when the order is delivered or refunded. The notification is sent once.
Is there protection from duplicate orders?
Yes. If you send client_ref, a repeated identical request will not create a second order.
Can I check the player ID in advance?
Yes, for PUBG Mobile, Free Fire and Mobile Legends the ID is checked on the site and in the API. For Telegram Stars and Premium the username is checked.
Can I connect a Telegram bot or my own system?
The API is plain REST, so it can be called from a bot or any other system. Routes and examples are in the docs: /api.
